1. Current Reality

- Very few marketing calls made by members even through company allocation has been done
- A list of companies to be approached in the next two weeks to be given in by each member with status report by Saturday to their respective Department Heads

- apply need based analysis to your particular sector
- go through output before each appointment
- Research - all company research to be finished before July end
- project research correctly
- Do not get into technacalities with Executive unless asked for
- Give him time to read the proposal
- clear all facts about @ right now
- Use of BOA as marketing reference absent - please use
- Unless carrying matter, do not mention any project/programme
- Explore possibility of multiple TN's and nationalized partnerships
- Account management to be followed in earnerst. No excuses later 
- Do not repeat yourself
- try and get all info on company scanned and on the net
- remove mind sets

- DU and DI should have common marketing stratergy and proposals 
- Should not have specific funds proposal
- Use TN proposal and customize it
- Give general overviews to companies
- The see the flow and give specific proposal
- Use annual report and case studies booklets
- Don't ask directly for funds but ask to develop your exchange process
- tell companies of various projects 
- AIESEC is involved indirectly with CSR, don't use that as USP always
- Use it for YDEP
- be sure of facts
- use DU company names also, but please don't approach them
- If not interested in Marketing, leave the OC
