ELIGIBILITY
CRITERIA
- The applicant must be under 28 yeras
of age as on the 1st of January 2000
- The applicant must at least be in
his/her final year of graduation or a graduate
- The applicant should preferably be
from the following academic or working background:
Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Advance Computer Application &
Programming

THE 5 STEPS TO
AVAIL THE SERVICE
- Having cleared the eligibility
criteria, the student creates his/her traineeship profile with the help of an AIESEC member.
- After scrutiny and selection of
eligible forms, the student will be called for a Student Review Board (SRB).
What is a SRB?
It is a board consisting of representatives from the corporate and
academic sector and AIESEC. Their decision regarding the candidate's
eligibility for participation in the program is final and unquestionable.
- The student fills up a Student
Specification Form detailing course of study, field of specialization,
linguistic skills etc.
- The resume is put onto the on-line
database management system INSIGHT
for matching
- The student will be offered the
traineeship best suited to his profile
