For any traineeship, there is a certain minimum amount that you have to pay AIESEC. That amount depends on what traineeship you opt for - ITEP or TDP (click to view cost structure). Apart from those costs, there are certain financial specifications which you should know before going on a traineeship:
  • An AIESEC traineeship is a paid job. You will be receiving a monthly stipend which is supposed to cover your hosing costs (corresponding to living standards in the host country), food, transportation and other basic living expenses
  • The Final stipend will depend on the company, the type of traineeship, duration etc
  • You are expected to bear the to and fro AIR COSTS
  • You will also have to take some money depending on the country you are going to sustain yourself till you get your first stipend
  • You have to remember that you will not make monetary gain from your traineeship
  • Apart form the administration fee and realization fee to AIESEC you will have to pay a security deposit which is refundable after your return

THE COST STRUCTURE For ITEP traineeships - Business, Finance, Marketing etc

The Administration Fee Structure for our International Traineeship Exchange Program for the coming term is:

  • Administration fee - Rs.2,000/- payable once the student has been selected by our Student Review Board and the 'Student Resume and Wishes' form is filled up. In case a match is not found for the student within 6 months, Rs.1,500/- will be refunded back to the student. 
  • Service Charge - Rs.6,000/- payable only when the student is about to leave for his traineeship abroad.
  • Security Deposit - Rs.3,500/- payable when the student fills out the 'Student Resume and Wishes' form. This money will be refunded once the student returns from his traineeship.

    This is the fee charged by AIESEC to cover the administration costs incurred in finding a suitable match, student preparation, communication, reception, maintenance of infrastructure, etc.

THE COST STRUCTURE For TDP traineeships - Computer Engineering, Programming etc

The Administration Fee Structure for our Technical Development Program for the coming term is:

  • Administration fee - Rs.2,000/- payable once the student has been selected by our Student Review Board and the 'Student Resume and Wishes' form is filled up. In case a match is not found for the student within 6 months, Rs.1,500/- will be refunded back to the student. 
  • Service Charge - Rs.8,000/- payable only when the student is about to leave for his traineeship abroad.
  • Security Deposit - Rs.3,500/- payable when the student fills out the 'Student Resume and Wishes' form. This money will be refunded once the student returns from his traineeship.

    This is the fee charged by AIESEC to cover the administration costs incurred in finding a suitable match, student preparation, communication, reception, maintenance of infrastructure, etc.
